Junior Data Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our team, primarily focused on the Customer Care area. This role will work closely with the Customer Service team to support data-driven decision making and enhance operational performance.
The Junior Data Analyst will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and analyzing the core data tables used by the Customer Care team, ensuring reliable and scalable data structures. The position will play a key role in developing clear reports and dashboards that enable effective performance monitoring, analysis, and interpretation, fostering greater data independence across the department and the company.
In addition, this role will have a strong analytical component, exploring and navigating data to improve customer experience and optimize internal processes through insights and automations.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards for internal monitoring and external client reporting.
Create, manage, and maintain reliable and scalable data tables used by the Customer Care team.
Monitor, analyze, and review KPIs in detail in collaboration with the Customer Care team.
Support resource optimization and external agent hiring decisions through data analysis and optimization techniques.
Provide data support for cross-functional projects, delivering insights related to Customer Care performance and operations.
Assist in forecasting contact volumes using historical data and analytical models.
Develop and maintain automations to improve efficiency, streamline recurring tasks, and enhance operational performance.
Work closely with Customer Care stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Well, what will the requirements be?
1 to 3 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.
Strong knowledge of SQL, Python (PySpark), and R (RStudio).
Experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.
Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially Excel and SharePoint.
Experience in the logistics sector is a plus, but not required.
Proactive and detail-oriented profile with strong analytical skills.
Ability to clearly present insights and communicate results effectively to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field.
Master’s degree in Data Science is highly valued.
