Customer Care - APM Support

You will be the interlocutor with users of APMs (end-users and drivers), agencies in Spain, transports and APM maintenance team. Ensure the smooth running of deliveries.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
- Telephone attention to APM users (clients and driver).
- Coordination with the maintenance and transport team to resolve incidents.
- Ensuring the correct development of APMs processes.
- Management of Opening new APMs in our system.
- Management technical incidents detected in our system with the IT team
- Proactive monitoring of locker network parcels
- Management and maintenance of APMs.
Well, what will the requirements be?
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position of customer service.
- Higher level vocational training or Degree (Business Administration and Management or similar preferred).
- Complaints and conflict management.
- Customer focused.
- Communication skills.
- Capacity for analysis and synthesis.
- Teamwork.
- Ability to prioritise.
- Organisation.
- Resolute person.
- Knowledge of Excel
- English
