The APM technician perform on-site service and maintenance visits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving technical, software or mechanical issues on our Lockers, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction. The role includes replacing components, repairing parts, and coordinating tasks with the support and dispatching teams.
The APM technician is based in Sevilla area, carries out on-site interventions in the whole city and region, also covering nearby cities (as Córdoba, Cádiz, Málaga, Huelva etc.).
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
Perform scheduled and emergency service visits, complying with the agreed SLAs.
Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions on-site.
Carry out root cause analysis of reported problems.
Replace defective components and perform mechanical and/or electrical repairs.
Use our internal software to monitor the performance and operation of the Lockers network.
Align on planning and priorities with the dispatching team.
Coordinate with the internal support team to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Document interventions and report findings accurately and on time.
Use the spare parts in your assigned car kit responsibly and keep its stock adequately replenished.
Follow safety and quality standards in all service activities.
Conduct training sessions and periodic audits.
Well, what will the requirements be?
Technical diploma in mechanics, electronics or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Previous experience in hardware and software maintenance of electronic equipment.
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with the ability to understand complex systems.
Ability to read and analyse monitoring dashboards and system logs.
Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
Good written and spoken English.
Valid type B driving licence.
Availability for a field-based role with daily on-site work and travel across the region.
Problem-solving mindset and hands-on attitude.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
