APM Operations Specialist

At InPost, we're transforming the last-mile delivery experience through our growing network of parcel lockers. To support our ambitious expansion across Iberia, we're looking for an Operations Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders to make things happen.
In this role, you'll own the end-to-end operational process related to the installation of parcel machines, ensuring projects are delivered on time, with high quality, and in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
Own the end-to-end operational process associated with the installation of parcel machines across Iberia.
Schedule, coordinate and manage multiple requests across different stakeholders simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with commercial managers and internal teams to facilitate smooth collaboration.
Coordinate internal operations to provide timely and effective feedback to partners and stakeholders.
Monitor operational activities and ensure processes are executed efficiently and consistently.
Track, report and deliver against key operational KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.
Maintain a high level of organization while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Well, what will the requirements be?
Previous experience in an operations role working within a project team.
Experience operating successfully in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
Proven track record in executing operational processes and coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Experience supporting physical operations and delivering against operational KPIs.
Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and data management skills, with a good command of Excel and similar tools.
Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work with a high level of accuracy.
