We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Iberia team on a 6-month temporary contract. We're looking for someone with comprehensive experience in performance and loyalty marketing, capable of leading acquisition and engagement both on web and app. You will be responsible for designing the full-funnel strategy across paid media and lifecycle marketing, with an absolute focus on efficiency, profitability, and ROI improvement. Your mission: increase qualified leads, reduce CAC, maximize LTV, and optimize every euro invested. This role combines strategic vision with strong analytical capability, leading external agencies, prioritizing digital projects, and actively pursuing innovative solutions that drive measurable results in Iberia.
You will report to the Marketing Director and lead a team of 2 (Digital Specialist + Lifecycle Specialist).
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
Design the digital acquisition and retention strategy, ensuring direct impact on ROI.
Establish, measure, and optimize performance KPIs: CAC, ROAS, LTV, repeat rate, conversion rate, and more.
Build dashboards and generate insights to support strategic, data-driven decisions.
Lead reporting and analysis of acquisition and loyalty results, with a focus on impact and return.
Prioritize and drive high-impact digital projects.
Work with first and third-party data to segment audiences and optimize campaigns for higher returns.
Explore and test new acquisition or loyalty channels and tactics, evaluating their profitability.
Coordinate with key internal stakeholders: Product, Tech, BI, Customer Experience, Brand, and others.
Manage and develop the digital team, focusing them on results and continuous improvement.
Supervise external agencies, ensuring efficiency, innovation, and accountability.
Control and optimize the digital budget, ensuring maximum return on every investment made.
Well, what will the requirements be?
Between 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing in fast-growing environments (startups, scaleups, tech companies).
Strategic and operational mastery of paid media campaigns across multiple channels (Meta, Google, Bing, TikTok, affiliates...) and CRM/lifecycle marketing.
Experience leading digital projects and optimizing the conversion funnel in web/app environments.
Proven ability to sustainably improve ROI and make data-driven decisions.
Advanced knowledge of third-party data usage, analytics, and segmentation tools.
Experience leading teams and agencies, with a clear results orientation.
Analytical, creative, and performance-oriented profile, used to constant testing and iteration.
Native Spanish or equivalent. Fluent English (minimum C1) required.
Experience working with international teams in matrix organizations.
