We are looking for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager to lead and drive the Continuous Improvement strategy across Iberia. This role is responsible for defining, deploying, and monitoring the Iberia Lean Roadmap, ensuring value creation, sustainable savings, and full execution of Continuous Improvement projects across Operations.
The Continuous Improvement Manager will act as a key enabler of the Lean culture, leading and mentoring Lean/CI Specialists, training operational teams, and acting as the main interface with the Group Process Design Department for the implementation of Group Process Standards.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
Elaborate, maintain, and continuously improve the Iberia Lean Roadmap, aligned with business priorities and Group guidelines.
Define, track, and validate savings and value creation associated with CI initiatives and projects.
Follow up the degree of implementation of all Continuous Improvement projects included in the Lean Roadmap.
Ensure successful delivery and sustainability of CI projects, removing roadblocks and driving corrective actions where needed.
Lead, manage, and mentor Lean / Continuous Improvement Specialists, supporting their development and performance.
Train and coach Operations teams in Lean principles, tools, and problem-solving methodologies.
Promote and reinforce a continuous improvement culture across Iberia Operations.
Act as Point of Contact for the Group Process Design Department for the deployment and implementation of new Group Process Standards within Iberia.
Ensure alignment between local CI initiatives and Group standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Collect, analyze, and use data to monitor progress, measure impact, and report results to senior stakeholders
Well, what will the requirements be?
5 to 8 years of professional experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Operational Excellence roles.
Proven experience in manufacturing and/or logistics environments.
Strong knowledge and hands-on application of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
Experience leading cross-functional Continuous Improvement projects with measurable results.
Demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Fluent English (professional working proficiency).
Engineering Degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Logistics, or similar).
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (desired).
Nice to have:
Experience working in multi-site or regional environments.
Project Management experience.
Strong skills in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
Experience deploying Group or Corporate process standards in Operations.
