We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven experienced Data Analyst to join our team and drive operational excellence across our logistics network. In this role, you will analyse large data sets, develop actionable insights, and build tools that optimize performance across the first, middle, and last mile. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple markets, helping leadership make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall network performance
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
Conduct exploratory analysis of network effectiveness, with a particular focus on first, middle, and last mile optimisation
Turn complex data into clear insights and recommendations that any stakeholder can understand and act on
Collaborate with our markets to develop advanced operational analytics aimed at improving network efficiency
Build models to support management decision-making
Design and maintain dashboards that measure the real impact of new initiatives
Lead weekly KPI reporting for cross-functional teams
Define and design new KPIs aligned with business objectives
Document analyses, KPIs, and business definitions in a rigorous and accessible way
Well, what will the requirements be?
Essential:
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
Ability to work with large datasets, optimise queries, and visualise results effectively
Strong ability to identify relationships between data points, draw solid conclusions, and communicate them clearly to a business audience
Solid knowledge of Python (numpy, pandas, matplotlib, seaborn)
Strong SQL skills for building database queries
Experience working with data from multiple sources (DWH, Data Lake, Databricks, SQL and noSQL databases)
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with Power BI and Power Automate
Ability to apply statistical and mathematical knowledge to analysis
Proactive, organised, and able to deliver accurate work under time pressure
Experience using AI to generate actionable solutions and communicate findings to a range of stakeholders
Nice to have:
Practical knowledge of MS Azure (Data Lake, Databricks)
Experience in the logistics sector applied to data analysis
Additional languages: Polish, Portuguese, Italian, or French
