APM Technician Zaragoza

The APM technician perform on-site service and maintenance visits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving technical, software or mechanical issues on our Lockers, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction. The role includes replacing components, repairing parts, and coordinating tasks with the support and dispatching teams.
The APM technician is based in Zaragoza area, carries out on-site interventions in the whole Aragón region, also covering nearby cities/regions (Logroño, Soria, Pamplona, Tudela etc.).
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
Perform scheduled and emergency service visits, complying with the SLA.
Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions on-site.
Perform root cause analysis of reported problems.
Replace defective components and carry out mechanical and/or electrical repairs.
Communicate with the dispatching team to align on planning and priorities.
Follow safety and quality standards during all service activities.
Coordinate with the internal support team to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Document interventions and report findings accurately and timely.
Use internal software to monitor the performance and operation of the Lockers network.
Use the spare parts in the assigned car kit responsibly and efficiently.
Ensure that the stock level of the car kit is always adequate and replenished as needed.
Conduct training sessions and periodic audits.
Well, what will the requirements be?
• Technical diploma or equivalent experience in mechanics, electronics, or related fields.
• Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and the ability to understand complex systems.
• Previous experience in hardware and software maintenance roles for electronic equipment.
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyse monitoring dashboards and system logs.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Problem-solving mindset and hands-on attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong field presence: this is a field-based role requiring regular daily on-site operations.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Valid driving license (type B).
Experience level:
At least 2 or 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Qualifications:
• Preference for technical diplomas or similar.
