As a Business Developer at InPost Iberia, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the acquisition of new strategic clients within the Retail and high‑volume eCommerce segments. Your role will focus on positioning InPost’s last‑mile logistics solutions - including Lockers, PUDO, Home Delivery, as well as B2B and fulfilment services - as best‑in‑class solutions in the Iberian market. You will work in an international, fast‑growing and technology‑driven environment, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable and differentiated value propositions.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
Identify, prospect and acquire new strategic clients in the Retail and eCommerce segments, focusing on major retailers and high‑volume eCommerce players.
Generate high‑volume new business and contribute directly to the achievement of quarterly acquisition and revenue targets.
Develop and execute a hunting‑focused commercial plan aligned with InPost’s growth strategy in Iberia.
Manage the full sales cycle end to end, including prospecting, qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation and closing.
Build and maintain a strong and healthy commercial pipeline focused on new client acquisition.
Analyse client needs to design personalised, differentiated and competitive value propositions.
Work closely with Operations, IT and Marketing teams to ensure seamless onboarding, integration and solution delivery.
Track pipeline performance, KPIs and sales forecasts, reporting progress, risks and business opportunities.
Represent InPost at trade fairs, industry events and sector forums, strengthening market positioning and brand visibility.
Contribute to positioning InPost as a benchmark and reference player in integrated B2C last‑mile logistics solutions across the Iberian market.
Well, what will the requirements be?
2 to 5 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales within eCommerce, SaaS, marketplaces, parcel delivery or tech‑driven environments.
Proven experience in new client acquisition (hunter profile), ideally in fast‑growth or scale‑up contexts.
Strong knowledge of the last‑mile logistics ecosystem, including Lockers, PUDO, Home Delivery and fulfilment solutions.
Ability to build and manage senior‑level relationships with decision‑makers at major accounts.
Advanced level of English and Spanish (C1); additional European languages will be highly valued.
High proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and reporting and analysis tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
