The Project Manager Business Partner acts as a key connector between the Strategy team and core business areas (Commercial, Operations, Customer Care, and Marketing). This role ensures that cross-functional initiatives are properly coordinated, tracked, and executed, enabling smoother collaboration and faster decision-making across the organisation.
You will play a central role in improving visibility, reducing friction between teams, and supporting the execution of strategic initiatives from planning through delivery.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
Coordinate cross-functional workflows related to product and service initiatives, ensuring all departments are aligned on timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
Track and follow up on action items from cross-departmental meetings, ensuring accountability and timely completion.
Identify coordination gaps between teams and propose solutions to improve information flow and operational efficiency.
Facilitate regular cross-functional syncs and committees, setting agendas, documenting decisions, and ensuring follow-through.
Support the implementation of process improvements that enhance collaboration between Commercial, Operations, Customer Care, and Marketing.
Act as an escalation point for cross-team misalignments, proactively flagging risks and bottlenecks to leadership.
Prepare status reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with visibility on ongoing initiatives and key milestones.
Well, what will the requirements be?
2–4 years of experience in cross-functional coordination, project management, or business partnering roles.
Background in transport, logistics, or last-mile delivery is required.
Proven track record of working across multiple departments to drive alignment and execution.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across different seniority levels.
Process-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and translate data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
English C1 level.
Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
