As an Installation Specialist- Portugal, you will play a key role in supporting the expansion and maintenance of our Locker network across Iberia, with a focus on Portugal. You will be responsible for coordinating installations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring optimal performance of our lockers, both remotely and occasionally on-site.
This role combines technical expertise, coordination, and problem-solving, working closely with field teams and central technical support to ensure efficient operations.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
Develop in-depth technical knowledge of our Lockers at both mechanical and software level
Plan, coordinate and supervise installations to support the continuous expansion of our Locker network in Portugal
Act as a key point of contact between field technicians and central teams, ensuring smooth communication and execution
Provide second-line technical support, troubleshooting issues remotely and guiding field teams when needed
Analyze system logs, incidents and performance data to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
Drive preventive and corrective maintenance actions to ensure high availability and reliability of the network
Monitor and improve operational performance, proposing optimizations based on data and field feedback
Create, update and standardize technical documentation, processes and best practices
Use internal tools and dashboards to track performance, detect anomalies and anticipate issues
Ensure all operations are aligned with company policies, safety standards and local regulations
Coordinate with the central technical team to escalate and resolve critical or complex incidents
Deliver training and onboarding sessions to external providers and technical partners
Contribute actively to achieving team KPIs and operational excellence goals
Well, what will the requirements be?
Native or fluent Portuguese and good communication skills in English and Spanish
Strong technical mindset, with solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
Proven experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of electronic equipment (hardware & software)
Ability to analyze technical issues end-to-end, from diagnosis to resolution
Comfortable working with system logs, monitoring tools and performance dashboards
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
Experience in coordinating field teams or external technical providers
Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach
High level of ownership and autonomy, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Good communication skills, able to translate technical issues into clear actions
Team player with the ability to collaborate across different departments and cultures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)
Driving licence (B) and willingness to travel occasionally
