Technical Site Analyst

The Technical Site Analyst will be responsible for the technical validation, planning and operational coordination of parcel locker (APM) deployments at national level, ensuring weekly installation targets are met while maintaining technical standards, regulatory compliance and quality requirements.
This role combines technical site analysis, vendor coordination and operational control of the end-to-end deployment process. The main objective is to guarantee that each location is technically ready prior to installation and that all pre-installation works are completed on time, within scope and according to defined standards.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
End-to-End Deployment Management
Lead the end-to-end technical validation and installation preparation process for parcel lockers.
Assess and technically validate new locations (electrical feasibility, space availability, accessibility, local regulations and site requirements).
Coordinate on-site technical surveys with external providers.
Oversee electrical works, power connections, minor civil works and other pre-installation requirements.
Manage technical permits and administrative authorizations when required.
Plan installation timelines aligned with weekly deployment targets.
Ensure each site is fully prepared prior to installation date.
Guarantee compliance with company technical standards and safety regulations.
Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination
Manage external companies responsible for technical surveys and pre-installation works.
Review and validate technical deliverables (survey reports, certifications, documentation).
Supervise field execution to ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.
Resolve technical issues identified during surveys or pre-installation phases.
Monitor supplier SLAs and KPIs.
Implement quality control and cost monitoring mechanisms.
Ensure smooth communication between internal teams (Network, Operations, Installations) and external partners.
Operational Control & Continuous Improvement
Take direct responsibility for achieving weekly installation volume targets.
Track critical deployment milestones and pipeline progress.
Identify technical and operational risks proactively.
Develop and implement mitigation plans.
Prepare technical reports and performance tracking dashboards.
Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency, standardization and operational excellence.
Well, what will the requirements be?
Full professional fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is a strong plus.
Ideally, experience in a comparable or similar role
Proven track record of success exceeding goals and meeting operational targets.
Operations and/or project management experience.
Ability to manage complex situations and coordinate multiple partners simultaneously.
Highly developed communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience setting up processes for tracking, reporting, and analytics.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions.
Ability to implement processes and continuous improvements while working effectively under pressure.
Level of Experience
2–4 years of experience in a similar position.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
Valid driving licence in Spain.
University degree preferred.
English level B2.
