As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Operations Project Manager (Customs) to join our Operations Department. This role will be key in driving strategic and operational projects related to customs processes, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and scalability across our international logistics operations.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
Lead projects end-to-end, from initial scoping and planning to execution, monitoring, and final delivery, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Define project roadmaps, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
Coordinate and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders such as Operations, Transport, Compliance, Finance, Product, and external partners when required.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high quality standards.
Identify operational risks and bottlenecks, proactively proposing mitigation strategies and scalable solutions.
Ensure customs compliance processes are correctly implemented and continuously optimized.
Prepare and present clear and structured progress reports to senior stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to increase operational efficiency and improve service quality.
Support the implementation of new customs procedures, regulatory updates, and process automation initiatives.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices across the operations team.
Well, what will the requirements be?
Proven experience working within the Customs industry.
Strong professional English level (B2/C1) – spoken and written.
Daily meetings and stakeholder communication are conducted in English.
All written documentation and reporting are managed in English.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in operations, logistics, or supply chain environments.
Previous experience managing cross-border logistics or international transport projects.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results in dynamic and fast-changing environments.
Strong analytical mindset and experience using data to support decision-making.
Knowledge of analysis and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI.
Important / Highly Valued
Licensed Customs Representative certification or equivalent knowledge.
Experience working in high-growth, operationally complex, or technology-driven companies.
Nice-to-Have
Experience managing projects within transport, logistics, or supply chain sectors.
Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or similar.
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or equivalent platforms.
Experience working with automation or process optimisation initiatives.
