Learning & Talent Development Specialist

As a Learning & Talent Development Specialist, you will execute the design and continuous improvement of development initiatives across InPost Iberia.
Your mission is to strengthen employee capability, engagement and performance by building impactful learning experiences, scalable development programs and data driven talent initiatives aligned with business priorities.
You will work cross-functionally with leaders, HR partners and international stakeholders to foster a strong learning culture and measurable people growth, and a strong customer-centric mindset across the organization.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
ONBOARDING
Own end-to-end onboarding experience, including management of the Inbuddy community (recruitment, engagement, coordination and follow-up).
Drive continuous improvement through onboarding surveys (1st and 3rd month), insights analysis and action plans.
Monitor onboarding KPIs and report on employee experience and time-to-productivity.
LEARNING
Deploy the annual training roadmap aligned with business needs and capability gaps.
Lead end-to-end vendor management: market research, provider selection, contracting and performance evaluation.
Ensure operational excellence: training logistics, learning campaigns, internal trainers programs and onboarding registrations.
Measure learning impact through monthly reporting and stakeholder follow-ups to drive continuous improvement.
DEVELOPMENT & RECOGNITION
Manage performance and feedback processes (performance reviews, 360° / 180° feedback cycles) ensuring consistency, quality and adoption.
Own talent development initiatives including succession planning, individual development plans, mentoring, coaching and international programs in collaboration with HQ.
Partner with leaders to strengthen engagement, retention and internal mobility through recognition initiatives and people analytics (turnover, exit insights).
PLATFORMS
Own the development, optimization and adoption of the Learning & Development module in SuccessFactors, ensuring data quality, usability and reporting accuracy.
Well, what will the requirements be?
6-7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or People Development roles in a fast-paced and preferably international environment.
Ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines with minimal supervision.
Analytical mindset: able to collect, interpret and report data on training effectiveness and talent development KPIs.
Interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Comfortable facilitating sessions, leading meetings and delivering presentations with clarity and impact.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), and experienced with HR platforms (e.g. HiBob, SuccessFactors, LMS).
Committed to confidentiality and the responsible handling of sensitive employee data.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Vocational Training, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Nice to have: Additional certifications in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Coaching will be considered a plus
