The APM Tech Support is a key figure in ensuring the operational continuity and efficiency of our locker network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively monitoring the operational parameters of our distributed locker infrastructure. This involves identifying and resolving technical, software, or mechanical issues on the Lockers remotely. This role acts as the first level of technical support, performing remote troubleshooting and coordinating interventions by field technicians when necessary, serving as an essential bridge between dispatchers and on-site service teams.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
Continuously oversee our locker network remotely using tools and dashboards to detect anomalies and failures, in compliance with SLAs and KPIs
Identify the root cause of technical issues within the locker infrastructure through analysis of monitoring data and remote diagnostic tools
Provide immediate first-level troubleshooting and problem resolution for locker issues
Open, manage, and close incident tickets related to Locker performance, ensuring clear communication
Evaluate the necessity of on-site technical intervention and assign detailed tasks to field technicians with diagnostic information
Collaborate closely with dispatchers to prioritize Locker interventions and with field technicians for problem resolution feedback
Generate periodic reports on network performance, resolved incidents, and identify areas for system improvement
Contribute to the optimization of monitoring and remote troubleshooting procedures for the Locker network
Well, what will the requirements be?
Proven experience in monitoring IT systems, networks, or complex distributed infrastructures, with a strong emphasis on remote diagnostics and support
Proficiency with tools used for remote asset management
Familiarity with ticketing/incident management systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely
Ability to read, interpret, and analyse monitoring dashboards and system logs
Solid understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts relevant to automated locker systems
Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
Problem-solving mindset and hands-on attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-oriented approach and commitment to ensuring maximum Locker uptime and functionality
Good written and spoken English
