The Commercial Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for acquiring and managing B2B clients for fulfillment services, combining commercial activity with a solid understanding of logistics and operational processes. The role acts as a key interface between customers and internal operations teams, ensuring successful onboarding, contract performance, and long-term customer satisfaction.
This position requires a commercially oriented professional with experience in logistics and e-commerce fulfillment, capable of developing tailored commercial proposals and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
Acquire and develop B2B customers for fulfillment and logistics services.
Prepare and present commercial proposals, including pricing, SLAs, and KPIs, and lead negotiations.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure efficient client onboarding and service launch.
Act as the commercial point of contact, monitoring contract performance, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
Analyze contract profitability, sales forecasts, and commercial performance.
Manage the commercial pipeline and customer data using CRM tools.
Build long-term relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and networking activities.
Well, what will the requirements be?
Higher education in logistics, management, economics, trade, or related fields.
2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics, fulfillment, or e-commerce.
Strong understanding of end-to-end fulfillment and logistics processes, including last-mile delivery.
Ability to develop commercial offers based on cost analysis, SLAs, and KPIs, with a strong analytical mindset.
Experience with CRM systems and logistics IT tools (WMS, TMS, OMS, ERP such as SAP).
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with resilience and flexibility in dynamic environments.
Strong time and priority management skills.
English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
Category B driving license and availability for client visits.
Experience in consulting sales, knowledge of e-commerce trends, and understanding of warehouse automation or AI/IoT technologies are considered a plus.
