Enterprise Specialist

As a Enterprise Specialist at InPost Iberia, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing strategic partnerships with national and regional chains in Spain and Portugal, with the goal of expanding our network of smart lockers.
Your mission will be to identify high-potential partners (such as retailers, gas stations, supermarkets, or real estate groups) and turn them into long-term collaborators, facilitating the deployment of lockers in high-traffic locations across the Iberian Peninsula.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
- Identify, contact, and close deals with retail chains and property owners across
Iberia. - Negotiate commercial terms for locker installations across multiple sites (typically ranging from 10 to over 150 per agreement).
- Manage a portfolio of more than 500 signed locations per year.
- Build and maintain a strong database of qualified leads and strategic accounts.
- Analyze location potential using data (foot traffic, accessibility, visibility) to support commercial proposals.
- Work closely with internal teams (key accounts, deployment, legal, and operations) to ensure smooth implementation.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners after agreements are signed, promoting continuous expansion.
- Represent InPost at trade shows and industry events within the region.
- Prepare regular reports on the portfolio, signed agreements, and deployment forecasts.
Well, what will the requirements be?
- Based in Spain or Portugal, fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, partner acquisition, or real estate/commercial development.
- Proven track record of signing agreements with large, multi-site partners.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills and ability to navigate complex organizations.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical and data-driven approach to evaluating and making location decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel across Spain and Portugal as required by the business.
