Lead Acquisition Specialist (SDR)
Everything you are looking for and more 📦
Are you driven by turning outreach into real partnerships and helping build scalable acquisition systems from the ground up? Join our Network team as a Lead Acquisition Specialist and play a key role in expanding our Out-of-Home (OOH) delivery network across Iberia.
You’ll be responsible for digitally identifying, qualifying, and converting new APM (Automated Parcel Machine) and PUDO (Pick-Up Drop-Off) locations — helping us grow fast and smart. If you are goal-oriented, structured, and energized by closing deals remotely, this role is for you.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
Lead Generation & Prospecting

- Generate and manage high volumes of outbound digital outreach: email, WhatsApp, and calls.
Qualification & Funnel Ownership
- Qualify leads based on geographic fit, business profile, and network potential.
- Manage the full digital acquisition funnel — from first contact to contract signature.
Location Assessment
- Perform preliminary location viability checks for APM installations.
- Coordinate on-site surveys with deployment teams when necessary.
Network Alignment
- Ensure strategic placement of new points by considering proximity, coverage density, and predicted demand.
- Collaborate with SMB, Deployment, and Network Support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and activation.
Reporting & CRM Excellence
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in the CRM (Pipedrive).
- Deliver weekly progress reports on lead-to-signature performance and signed agreements.
