Field Acquisition Agent

The Field Acquisition Agent is responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new partner locations for the installation of Automated Parcel Machines (APMs)/lockers. This role primarily focuses on collaborating with independent businesses to expand our network presence.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through personal networking, digital outreach, and on-site visits.
- Clearly articulate the benefits of integrating available locations into the Inpost network to prospective partners.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, detailing responsibilities, benefits, and commercial terms.
- Actively contribute to increasing Inpost's visibility and market penetration within small to medium-sized businesses.
- Represent Inpost at public and private events to enhance brand presence and network expansion.
- Provide weekly progress reports to the Area Manager on acquisition activities and results.
- Travel within Spain and Portugal to attend commercial appointments and develop new partnerships.
Well, what will the requirements be?
- Contribute to achieving departmental growth targets for the locker network across Iberia.
- Meet or exceed individual annual performance targets.
- Develop and implement new lead generation and prospecting channels.
- Successfully onboard new partners to expand the Inpost network.
- Proven ability to generate leads and execute both inbound and outbound prospecting strategies.
- Strong negotiation skills, particularly concerning securing physical spaces (e.g., square meters) within retail chains, supermarkets, shopping centers, parking facilities, or similar environments.
- Adept at following established processes and providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement through appropriate channels.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Required Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as outdoor advertising sales, ATM placement, distribution point negotiation (e.g., bus shelters), retail space negotiation, or locker network expansion.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience Level:
- Valid driving license for Spain.
- University degree preferred.
- English C1 proficiency (not an eliminatory factor, but highly valued).
- Portuguese language skills are a significant advantage.
