The Quality Specialist reports directly to the Quality Manager. In a context of continuous growth and high performance expectations, the Quality Specialist will play a critical role in driving operational improvements through auditing and process analysis. The position involves significant travel across the agencies within their responsibility.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
- Conduct audits and analyze processes to identify incidents and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement plans in collaboration with operational teams.
- Assist in the development and application of normative standards and procedures across the company.
- Support the Quality Manager in tracking and reporting KPIs to measure quality and process efficiency.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide training and support to operational teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and norms.
- Participate in the development and execution of the internal audit plan, ensuring compliance with standards and proper process execution.
- Follow up on the resolution of discrepancies identified during audits.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance the integrated management system and prepare for ISO certification (9001, 45001, etc.).
- Promote a Quality Culture by fostering innovative ideas and problem-solving methods.
Well, what will the requirements be?
- The ideal candidate holds a university degree or equivalent in a relevant field and has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial or logistics environment.
- The candidate should have a strong understanding of quality standards and norms, with expertise in process improvement methods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams are essential.
- Fluent professional English and Spanish are required.

- Knowledge of quality standards and norms.
- Experience with Lean methods and continuous improvement processes.
- Strong analytical skills for process auditing and incident analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and support operational teams.
- Availability to travel extensively within Iberia.
