Lean Specialist

We are looking for a Lean Specialist that will help implement the continuous improvement culture across the InPost Iberia warehouses. The Lean Specialist will promote, and lead projects defined in our annual Lean Roadmap, as well as initiatives that will appear in a daily basis, and propose and find new technological/innovative solutions or improvements inside our processes.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
- Implement the continuous improvement culture across our depots in Spain and Portugal.
- Improve KPIs such as productivity, quality and as well as improve our internal logistics processes.
- Lead Lean initiatives.
- Lead and follow up degree of implementation of continuous improvement projects, until successful implementation.
- Create, plan, drive and track the Lean Manufacturing implementation plan and ensure actions are carried out and closed.
- Select and implement Lean tools to guarantee a better efficiency, capacity, productivity and quality in operational processes.
- Train and motivate project staff in the culture of continuous improvement.
- Collect and analyse data to identify improvements, track progress and measure impact on lean initiatives and projects assigned.
Well, what will the requirements be?
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma principles.
- 2-3 years of experience in Logistics or Industrial companies.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
- Analysis tools knowledge such as Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading continuous improvement projects and successfully implemented. Results and customer-oriented skills.
- B2/C1 English
- Strong communication, teamwork, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Facilitator behavior
Nice to Have
- Engineering Degree
- Yellow/Green Belt Lean/Six Sigma certification
- Project Management background/experience
- Understanding of industrialization
