We are looking for a skilled Talent Hunter with solid experience in sourcing and selecting both technical and business profiles, used to navigating fast-paced, high-growth environments.
You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and closing top talent for InPost Iberia, acting as a true partner to our business teams.
We're looking for someone who thrives on recruiting with agility, autonomy, and sound judgment, and who makes a real impact in every process.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes: from role definition, sourcing strategy, job posting, competency-based interviews, stakeholder management, to offer and closing.
- Identify and attract talent in the tech, logistics, and digital sectors, using innovative direct sourcing methods.
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, supporting them in making the right hiring decisions.
- Drive Employer Branding initiatives and represent InPost at talent events when required.
- Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics (time to hire, quality of hire, cost per hire) and proactively suggest improvements.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for InPost, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
Well, what will the requirements be?
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within startup or scale-up environments.
- Proven experience managing complex and high-volume recruitment processes.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to change.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (both required); Portuguese is a plus.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Teamtailor, SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, etc.) and Excel for KPI tracking and analysis.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
