Growth Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager with comprehensive experience in performance and loyalty, capable of leading acquisition and engagement both on the web and in the app. They will be responsible for designing the full-funnel strategy in paid media and lifecycle marketing, with an absolute focus on efficiency, profitability, and ROI improvement. Their mission will be to increase qualified leads, reduce CAC, maximize LTV, and optimize every euro invested. This profile will combine strategic vision with strong analytical skills, lead external agencies, prioritize digital projects, and actively seek innovative solutions that drive measurable results in Iberia.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
- Design the digital acquisition and retention strategy, ensuring direct impact on ROI.
- Establish, measure, and optimize performance KPIs: CAC, ROAS, LTV, repeat rate, conversion rate, etc.
- Build dashboards and generate insights to make strategic data-driven decisions.
- Lead the reporting and analysis of acquisition and loyalty results, focusing on impact and return.
- Prioritize and drive high-impact digital projects.
- Work with first and third-party data to segment audiences and optimize campaigns for higher returns.
- Explore and test new channels and tactics for acquisition or loyalty, evaluating their profitability.
- Coordinate with key internal stakeholders: Product, Tech, BI, Customer Experience, Brand, and others.
- Manage and develop the digital team, focusing them on results and continuous improvement.
- Supervise the work of external agencies, ensuring efficiency, innovation, and accountability.
- Control and optimize the digital budget, ensuring maximum return on every investment made.
Well, what will the requirements be?
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing in fast-growing environments (startups, scaleups, tech companies).
- Strategic and operational mastery of paid media campaigns across different channels (Meta, Google, Bing, TikTok, affiliates...) and CRM/lifecycle marketing.
- Experience leading digital projects and optimizing the conversion funnel in web/app environments.
- Proven ability to sustainably improve ROI and make data-driven decisions.
- Advanced knowledge in the use of third-party data, analysis, and segmentation tools.
- Experience leading teams and agencies, with a clear results orientation.
- Analytical, creative, and performance-oriented profile, accustomed to constant testing and iteration.
- Native Spanish or equivalent. Fluent English (minimum C1) is essential. Portuguese is a plus.
- Experience working with international teams in matrix organizations.
