What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
- Manage and Develop a High-Performing Controlling Team: Recruit, train, and mentor the controlling team, fostering professional growth and ensuring optimal performance.
- Lead Comprehensive Forecasting Processes: Develop and manage the entire forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
- Manage Budgeting Cycles and Strategic Review: Plan, organize, and manage the complete budget cycle, including reviews, ensuring alignment with company objectives and efficient resource allocation.
- Oversee Management Closing: Lead the efficient and accurate management closing process, adhering to deadlines and regulatory requirements.
- Financial Performance Analysis: Rigorously analyse actual financial performance against budget, identify key variances, and provide actionable insights.
- Insightful Financial Reporting: Generate accurate and timely financial statements, projections, and performance analysis reports to inform stakeholders.
- P&L Control and Optimization: Oversee the Profit & Loss statement, implement control measures, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Business Partnering Across Departments: Act as a key business partner, providing financial expertise, support, and guidance to various departments in their management decisions.
- Develop and Implement Strategic Pricing Models: Create and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability, maintain competitiveness, and align with market trends and cost structures.
Well, what will the requirements be?
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Controlling.
- Minimum 2 year experience in Managing Teams.
- Higher education or bachelor's degree. Preferably studies in Business Administration and Economics/Accounting.
- Understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and reporting standards
- Forecasting & Budgeting Expertise
- Excel
