Last Mile Coordinator

As Last Mile Coordinator, you will be in charge of supervising, validating and creating the strategy for our Last Mile routes in Madrid. You must be an extremely analytical person, with previous experience in logistics and Last Mile, with knowledge of Community of Madrid geography. In addition, we will need you to be a person with communication and negotiator skills, also being a great problem solver.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
• Live tracking of Madrid Last Mile routes
• Use an improvement of route management software
• Periodic analytical review for transport optimization
• Be highly aware with sustainable mobility and to reduce the carbon footprint
• Be a quick an effective problem-solver
• Daily preparation and following of cost and effectiveness reports
• Daily checking of Last Mile routes for costs validations
• Financial monthly closings and conciliations with suppliers
• Be an active part at partners negotiations
• Compare various sources to achieve the best verifications
• Claim management by email and phone
Well, what will the requirements be?
At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
Degree (valuable but not necessary).
•Highly analytical person
• High concentration capacity
• High knowledge of the logistics sector, more specifically Last Mile
• Communication skills
• Proactive and able to work autonomously
• Able to develop in dynamic environments and enjoy reaching ambitious goals
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Used to working with Live Last Mile or transportation software
• English minimum communication skills, French/Polish/Portuguese/Italian would be an asset.
