Support the Business Operations Team by leading the planning and execution of strategic and operational projects across departments. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, manage dependencies, and monitor key milestones.
In addition to managing projects, this role will actively contribute to the team culture by creating engaging visuals for internal communication, and by organising team rituals and dynamics that enhance collaboration and effectiveness.
This position will be embedded within the Business Operations Team.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
• Lead the execution of cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring
alignment with business priorities.
• Coordinate with different teams to define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track project progress, report updates to stakeholders, and proactively manage risks and
issues.
• Create clear, visually appealing presentations and dashboards to communicate project
outcomes.
• Design and implement team rituals such as weekly check-ins, retrospectives, and planning
sessions.
• Support the team’s engagement by promoting internal dynamics that strengthen
collaboration and productivity.
Well, what will the requirements be?
• 2 to 4 years of experience in project management or operations.
• Experience on the logistics sector would be a plus but its not required.
• Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Project management certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP) are a plus.
• Experience in project management and team coordination.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive and organised, with a structured approach to multitasking.
• Experience creating visuals using PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum rituals is a plus.
• Experience working in fast-paced or scale-up environments is valuable.
