Expansion Administrative - South Spain

As an Expansion Administrative, you will be the person in charge of providing follow-up and assistance to the assigned agencies, also support in the process and development of new openings. You will also participating in tenders for the location of new partners and will have constant contact with suppliers. This will be an extremely analytical position, which will require your daily involvement, but we also need you to feel comfortable getting involved in the operational side, and logistics and distribution have had been an important part of your professional background.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
• Ensuring the correct functioning of the agency in the event of possible incidents.Â
• Checking delivery notes, stocktakes and agency costs.Â
• Periodic trips to the agencies for audits.Â
• Control of processes and training of new staff.Â
• Opening of new agencies.Â
• Checking that the daily processes are carried out correctly.Â
• Daily communication and contact with the agencies.Â
• Transport control (hiring of extra vans for inter-agency liaison).Â
• Control and verification of the monthly invoicing of the agencies.Â
• General management of possible incidents with the agency and intermediary support with other affected departments (Customer Experience, operations, etc.).Â
• File management and preparation for openings.Â
• Implementation and computerised creation of routes and new agencies.
Well, what will the requirements be?
• Based at south Spain: Córdoba, Jaén, Sevilla, Granada...
• Very analytical person, capable of methodically measuring of the performance of different agencies
• Habit to working as a team and with a multidisciplinary profile
• Negotiation skills and/or commercial managementÂ
• Knowledgest and backgroung on logistics, specifically Last MileÂ
• Availability to travel oftenÂ
• Communication skillsÂ
• Autonomus and proactive personÂ
• Able to thrive in dynamics environments and enjoy achieving ambitious goalsÂ
• Advances skills ok Microsoft Office, knowledgest on PowerBI and familiar with management software as CMR, ERPÂ
• Basic IT skills to resolve possible incidentsÂ
• Lean methodologies fanatic!Â
• English languages level to be able to workÂ
