We’re looking for a CRM Manager & Loyalty to join our newly created department—an exciting opportunity to shape strategies, drive engagement, and make an impact.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
- Develop, execute and implement CRM strategies to drive customer engagement, strengthen the relationship with our customers and increase their loyalty to our brand and conversion.
- Manage and optimize campaigns to ensure they are tailored to the customer experience.
- Analyse data of clients a to create and deploy segmentation models to increase personalization and automatization of campaigns.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer behavior to inform customer-centric strategies.
- Ensure customer data is accurately captured and stored for use in campaigns and other initiatives.
- Lead the design and implementation of customer lifecycle programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer data is used to optimize customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to ensure success of initiatives.
Well, what will the requirements be?
✔ 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
✔ Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
✔ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
✔ Passion for digital & customer experience.
✔ A proactive, data-driven mindset with a hands-on approach.
✔ If you have knowledge about Synerise CXP it will be a plus, as well if you have image sensitivity.
