What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
We're on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Data Support for our Team in Iberia.
In this position, you will:
- Track and monitor relevant sales data through Tableau and PowerBi (volumes, routes, performance, …) and provide standard / adhoc reports
- Produce regular (weekly, monthly) and on-demand reporting on the sales team activity and performance by gathering the Team´s activities reflected on the CRM (HubSpot) and from direct sales reps feedback
- Work closely with the Sales Teams and monitor the quality of the HubSpot CRM data (accuracy, update, follow-up). You will also work with the Marketing Team on sales campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a background in data analysis, customer segmentation techniques and CRM usage
Well, what will the requirements be?
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience (2/3+ years) in Data Management Tools (Tableau & Power BI) as well as in CRM Tools (HubSpot)
Proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus)
Experience in customer segmentation, campaigns management, and customer journey mapping
