Strategy Analyst

As Strategy Analyst you will play a key role in supporting strategic decision‑making by delivering high‑quality business analysis, market intelligence, and process optimization insights. This role involves owning executive‑level reporting, identifying performance drivers, and transforming data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
In addition to creating impactful analyses and presentations, the role will contribute to improving internal processes, enhancing reporting capabilities, and promoting automation across the organization. This position sits within the Strategy Team and collaborates closely with cross‑functional departments.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
Analyze business performance, commercial trends, and operational drivers to support strategic decisions.
Own the preparation and delivery of weekly management reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and business relevance.
Conduct market and competitive intelligence assessments to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends.
Build insightful dashboards using Power BI to visualize performance and support decision making.
Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging automation tools when possible.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into actionable insights.
Support ad hoc strategic projects, preparing high impact presentations for senior leadership.
Well, what will the requirements be?
0 to 2 years of experience in data analysis or similar roles.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a business‑driven mindset.
Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling) and Power BI (data modeling, dashboards, DAX).
Ability to structure and deliver compelling presentations using PowerPoint.
Solid understanding of business KPIs, performance analysis, and market/competitive dynamics.
Basic knowledge of SQL (a plus, not mandatory).
Familiarity with Python or R for analytical tasks is welcome but not required.
Experience with BI automation, process workflows, or no‑code/low‑code tools (Power Automate, etc.) is highly valued.
Experience or interest in applying AI tools for business insights or process optimization is a strong plus.
Experience in backend development or data engineering tasks is a plus.
Experience in the logistics sector would be beneficial but not required.
