The HR Business Partner (HRBP) Iberia, based in Barcelona, plays a pivotal role supporting the strategic implementation of HR policies and people initiatives across Spain and Portugal. Reporting directly to the HR Lead Iberia, this position partners closely with senior leaders, managers, and the Global HR team to drive employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to the business, combining strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management skills, while fostering a cohesive culture aligned with company values and objectives.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
Strategic HR Implementation
Support the execution of the HR strategy by partnering with business leaders and departments in their continuous evolution and growth.
Act as a strategic partner to leaders, strengthening collaboration and organizational effectiveness across teams.
Contribute to the development of a unified culture and employee engagement across sites, in close alignment with the HR Lead Iberia.
Support the implementation and continuous evolution of the Diversity & Inclusion strategy, promoting equitable and inclusive practices across the organization.
HR Coordination & Support – Portugal
Act as a key point of reference for the HR representative in Portugal, ensuring alignment with the overall HR strategy and Iberia-wide priorities.
Provide guidance and support in complex HR matters, ensuring consistent application of HR policies, frameworks, and best practices.
Coordinate closely with the HR Lead Iberia to ensure consistency in people processes and initiatives across Spain and Portugal, while allowing for local adaptations when needed.
Talent Management, Development & Learning
Partner closely with the Talent team to support recruitment, selection, and retention strategies aligned with business and workforce planning needs.
Drive and support talent mapping and succession planning initiatives, ensuring clarity, alignment, and engagement with key stakeholders.
Contribute to organizational design discussions, providing HR insights to support effective structures and resource allocation.
Collaborate with the Talent team to support the implementation of a learning and development roadmap focused on leadership capability, growth, and innovative ways of working.
Support induction and onboarding initiatives to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for new hires.
Employee Engagement & Wellbeing
Coordinate the execution of the annual Employee Engagement survey, driving strong participation and timely analysis of results.
Partner with leaders and stakeholders to translate engagement insights into concrete action plans and measurable improvements.
Promote and support wellbeing initiatives, reinforcing their relevance within the organizational culture.
Compensation & Benefits
Collaborate with HR Analytics and HR Operations in annual compensation review processes, including salary reviews and bonus cycles, ensuring governance, timelines, and data accuracy.
Employee Relations & Compliance
Partner closely with the Labor Relations Manager on employee relations topics, providing guidance and support to managers when required.
Ensure alignment with labor regulations and internal policies, escalating complex cases as needed.

Proven generalist HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong coaching ability with a focus on building productive working relationships.
Excellent analytical skills with the capacity to prioritize conflicting demands effectively.
Results-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines
Fluent level of English (C1–C2)
Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle.
Experience Level:
At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role.
Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
