The Quality Specialist reports directly to the Quality Manager. In a context of continuous growth and high performance expectations, the Quality Specialist will play a critical role in driving operational improvements through auditing and process analysis. The position involves significant travel across the agencies within their responsibility. 

What responsibilities and objectives will you have?

· Conduct audits and analyze processes to identify incidents and areas for improvement.

· Develop and implement continuous improvement plans in collaboration with operational teams.

· Assist in the development and application of normative standards and procedures across the company.

· Support the Quality Manager in tracking and reporting KPIs to measure quality and process efficiency.

· Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of quality improvement initiatives.

· Provide training and support to operational teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and norms.

· Participate in the development and execution of the internal audit plan, ensuring compliance with standards and proper process execution.

· Follow up on the resolution of discrepancies identified during audits.

· Collaborate with various departments to enhance the integrated management system and prepare for ISO certification (9001, 45001, etc.).

· Promote a Quality Culture by fostering innovative ideas and problem-solving methods.

Well, what will the requirements be?

· University degree or equivalent in a relevant field and has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial or logistics environment.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Fluent professional English and Spanish are required.

· Knowledge of quality standards and norms.

· Experience with Lean methods and continuous improvement processes.

· Strong analytical skills for process auditing and incident analysis.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively and support operational teams.

· Availability to travel extensively within Iberia.

· Methodical, pedagogical, and rigorous approach to quality management.
